I've never had hormone testing, can this program still help me?

Hormone testing can provide definitive answers and I can recommend testing if you're interested. But it is expensive and not covered by most insurances, so the information in the experience was designed to promote overall hormone balance which will reverse imbalances and improve well-being for most people.

What happens if I can't make a Live Q&A? Will it be recorded?

Yes! All Q&A sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the community within 24 hours. You will have an opportunity to submit questions beforehand and have them answered during the live.
