Livity Wellness Solutions LLC, doing business as The Sacred Transitionist ("we," "us," "our"), operates angelabillups.com (the "Site") and provides Human Design readings, sacred transition coaching sessions, holistic health coaching, herbalism-informed content, and related digital content. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here. This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information: name, email address, and phone number (if provided) when you fill out a form, book a session, or contact us.
  • Payment information: when you purchase a reading or coaching session, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves; Stripe handles that in accordance with its own privacy and security practices, which you can read about at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Birth and chart information: if you request a Human Design chart or reading, we collect the birth date, time, and location needed to generate your chart, through our chart tool, BodyGraph, whose own privacy practices are available at bodygraph.com.
  • Quiz and assessment responses: answers you provide through tools like the Name Your Season™ assessment.
  • Messages: anything you send us through a contact form or email.

We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and general usage data, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the readings, sessions, and digital content you request or purchase
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send you emails you've opted into, such as newsletters, lead magnet follow-ups, or updates about our offers
  • Improve and maintain the Site
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not use your information to provide medical, mental health, or diagnostic services, and nothing on this Site is a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. See the disclaimer in our Site footer for more detail.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it's used. This currently includes essential cookies needed for the Site and forms to function. We may in the future add analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to better understand traffic and ad performance. If and when we do, this policy will be updated to name the specific tools in use, and you'll continue to have the option to manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner on the Site or through your browser settings.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

We do not currently send text messages to subscribers. If we begin offering SMS updates or reminders in the future, we will only do so with your prior consent, collected through an opt-in on our forms. Message and data rates may apply, and you'll be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, including:

  • Stripe, to process payments
  • GoHighLevel, our customer relationship and email marketing platform, which stores and processes the contact and communication data described above
  • BodyGraph, to generate Human Design charts from the birth information you provide

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can request that we delete information we no longer need to retain (see Section 8).

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Ask us what personal information we have about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to what we're legally required to keep
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email
  • Opt out of SMS messages (once offered) by replying STOP

To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we'll honor applicable requests regardless of where you're located.

9. Children's Privacy

This Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we've done so, we'll delete it.

10. International Visitors

This Site is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
