Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Sacred Design Reading, Sacred Transition Session package, coaching session, wellness service, digital product, or related offering from Angela Billups / Livity Wellness Solutions, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of coaching, wellness services, Human Design readings, energy work, digital resources, and appointment-based services, refunds are not provided once payment has been submitted.
Please review all offer details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Booking Your Appointment
After payment is completed, you will receive a booking link to schedule your appointment or sessions.
You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to book your first session. If your first session is not booked within 30 days, your purchase may be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Once your appointment is confirmed, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment no less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, the session may be shortened or considered missed at Angela’s discretion.
4. Session Packages
For packages that include multiple sessions, such as Sacred Transition Sessions, all sessions must be scheduled and used within the timeframe communicated at purchase or agreed upon in writing.
Sacred Transition Session packages include six 60-minute sessions. Sessions may be scheduled 1–2 times per week, depending on availability, client needs, and mutual scheduling.
Unused sessions are not refundable.
5. Wellness Disclaimer
Services provided by Angela Billups / Livity Wellness Solutions, LLC are intended for educational, spiritual, personal growth, and general wellness purposes only.
These services may include Human Design interpretation, coaching, intuitive reflection, energy healing, somatic support, emotional integration, lifestyle reflection, and wellness education. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical condition, mental health condition, disease, or psychological disorder.
Nothing shared during sessions, in written materials, on this website, through email, or in any related content should be considered medical advice, psychological advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
6. Medical & Mental Health Responsibility
If you are experiencing medical symptoms, psychological symptoms, emotional distress, trauma responses, mental health concerns, or any condition requiring professional evaluation or treatment, you should seek support from an appropriately licensed medical, mental health, or healthcare practitioner.
Do not delay, disregard, or avoid professional medical or psychological care because of information received through these services.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate care from a qualified professional.
7. Client Responsibility
You understand that coaching, wellness support, Human Design, energy healing, and Sacred Transition Work are collaborative processes.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, interpretations, and results. Angela Billups does not guarantee any specific outcome, transformation, emotional result, financial result, health result, relationship result, or life change from participating in any session, package, program, or offering.
The work may support reflection, self-awareness, emotional clarity, nervous system awareness, and aligned decision-making, but your participation and personal responsibility are essential.
8. Scope of Practice
Angela Billups may bring experience as a healthcare professional and holistic health coach into her educational and wellness-based work. However, services provided through Livity Wellness Solutions, LLC are not medical care, nursing care, anesthesia care, psychotherapy, counseling, or clinical treatment.
Any wellness education provided is general in nature and should be used for informational purposes only.
9. Confidentiality
Your personal information and session content will be treated with care and respect and will not be sold or shared.
However, confidentiality may have limits where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, abuse, neglect, court order, or other legal requirements.
10. Technology & Online Sessions
Sessions may be held online by video or another agreed-upon virtual method. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a private space, and the necessary technology to participate.
If technical issues arise, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule the session when appropriate. Repeated client-side technical issues may result in the session being considered completed.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website, session documents, worksheets, guides, recordings, written content, frameworks, and resources provided by Angela Billups / Livity Wellness Solutions, LLC are for your personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, teach, or repurpose these materials without written permission.
12. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.
Payment must be received before any session, service, or package is confirmed.
13. Agreement to Terms
